About the exhibition

#paradise is an archive of people’s reactions to the climate crisis.  Using screen shots taken from social media such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and Truth Social, this series reveals how individuals experienced disasters through the images they shared.  Images of tragedy, shock, denial, individualistic blindness, inappropriate selfies, conspiracy theories and religious fervor. In a word, Humanity.
Curator: Samuel Bollendorff
